Nutrition Coaching
Welcome to Flight House Nutrition Coaching – a program all about helping you learn how to eat and live in a way that aligns with your values, goals, and identity!
At our gym, nutrition coaching goes beyond just meal plans—it’s about transforming your relationship with food, health, and well-being. As your coach, Tiffany will take a deep-health approach that focuses on you as an individual, considering your unique goals, strengths, struggles, and lifestyle. Together, you’ll explore key factors like food choices, movement, stress management, sleep, and your support network to create a personalized, action-based plan that evolves with you over time.
Unlike traditional approaches that focus on restriction, deprivation, or simply eating “less,” Tiffany will help you reshape your relationship with food. Based on your personal goals, you’ll gain valuable skills like macro tracking, meal planning, incorporating food flexibility, understanding food labels, and listening to your body’s cues. You’ll also develop mindful awareness of your choices, which will help you build habits that allow you to manage your health in a sustainable way. This process is about fostering a positive, lasting relationship with food that complements your life—not one that depends on drastic, short-term fixes.
With consistency and support, these new skills will naturally become part of your daily routine, leading to life-changing results. You’ll break free from all-or-nothing thinking and focus on achievable steps toward your version of success. This isn’t just a quick fix—it’s a lifelong transformation.
TIFFANY NOLAN, Nutrition Coach
Please note – Tiffany’s coaching is focused on improving her client’s relationships and mindset around food, stress, and other important dimensions that impact their overall health and happiness. She does not treat or focus on those currently struggling with an eating disorder unless you also work with a qualified medical professional. She is not an MD and working with individuals experiencing an existing eating disorder is out of her scope of practice.
