Natalie is an ISSA certified personal trainer with experience teaching large, fast paced group classes. Natalie has always had a passion for fitness and has found great fulfillment in helping others achieve their goals both physically and mentally, so they can feel good not only in the gym, but in all areas of life. She prefers strength training over cardio, and is almost always doing pull-ups. Natalie believes fitness should be fun with a healthy dose of competition, which is why she has always been drawn to a group environment. “It’s important to stick with like- minded people and push each other along the way.” Outside of the gym, Natalie likes to fish, hunt, and spend time with her goofy golden retriever, Lenny.
