HYBRID is our signature large-group training system, developed from over 15 years of leading the group fitness space. Our HYBRID class formats include: HYROX Prep, Aerobic Capacity, Strength & Endurance, Athletic Performance and Teamwork.
LIFT is Flight House’s dedicated strength training class. In this class, you’ll train compound lifts and smart accessory work through progressive programming that removes the guesswork and drives measurable results over time.
