Our HYBRID and LIFT class formats combine progressive programming with an unmatched class energy—so you build strength, endurance, and confidence with every session.

HYBRID is our signature all-in-one group training experience—where functional strength, high-intensity conditioning, and athletic movement come together. Inspired by popular training styles like HYROX, HYBRID helps you build muscle, move efficiently, and train like an athlete—without the burnout.

LIFT is our dedicated strength training class built around progressive, intentional programming. Each session focuses on compound lifts and accessory work designed to help you build muscle, improve form, and gain real strength—without the guesswork.

CHILDCARE WHILE YOU TRAIN


In Rye, our Flight House Signature Membership comes with FREE CHILDCARE available Monday-Friday 7:45am-10:30am and Saturdays 7:45am-9:15am! Foundational Members are also welcome to take advantage of our childcare hours for an additional $50/month or just $10/hour.
